These rollups are easy to make and will taste like you spent real time on them. Finger foods are perfect for all types of gatherings and because this recipe uses basic ingredients, they can be enjoyed all year round. This recipe can be easily customized to fit your family’s needs and tastes.

Swaps & Specs for Chicken Bacon Ranch Rollups:

  • Use any type of flour tortilla you like. It can be infused, carb-free or whole wheat.
  • Oven roasted chicken from the deli is what I used but feel free to swap it with turkey or ham.
  • When you get your deli meat, get it a tad thicker than normal so it will have a nice bite to it. This will also make the rollups feel more hearty.
  • The ranch-cream cheese spread is simply made but packs tons of flavor. Use any savory cream cheese with or without the ranch seasoning.
  • Use the low fat version of cream cheese to cut calories but not taste.
  • Skip the premade mix if you like and use a homemade ranch seasoning.
  • The bacon that is my go to is thick cut. It gives a better bite and crunch. This can be swapped for turkey bacon for a lower fat option.
  • When I make these, I cut the ends off for a clean edge look. Don’t discard the ends, eat them!
  • I use romaine lettuce for these but you can use any lettuce that is your preference.
  • Take the tomatoes or leave them.
  • Add avocado for a perfect match, this is our favorite addition!

Whether you make them as is or make some swaps to make it yours, you will love how easy these are! They will become a fan favorite in your circle too! As always if you have any questions, please reach out to me on any of my social media platforms. Enjoy!
