  • 1-2 tbsp nut topping

Instructions

  • In a deep set dish or plate, place both halves of the banana, split side up. Next add three scoops of vanilla ice cream to the middle of the bananas, in a row, side by side.
  • Next drizzle Caramel sauce over the ice cream. Top the caramel with the warmed peanut butter. If you heat it enough, it will pour in a drizzle.
  • After that, top the PB with the hot fudge. Finish with the nut topping. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use chocolate ice cream for that classic peanut butter and chocolate pairing!
  • Add whipped topping and cherries to complete theĀ  classic banana split look.
  • I do this when the peanut butter jar is almost empty. Then I can just throw the whole jar in the microwave!
